Many Legacy Etch products are made to order with custom engraving details.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for checking spelling, dates, images, and personalization details before submitting.

  • Completed custom items may vary slightly in color, engraving depth, or material appearance due to natural materials.

  • Once production begins, customization cannot be changed or canceled.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our site are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

Payments must be made at checkout using approved methods (credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, etc.).
Fraudulent or unauthorized payment attempts will be reported.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Legacy Etch ships domestically only. Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier.

Once an item is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather impacts or service disruptions

If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist.

6. Returns & Refunds

16. Customer-Provided Designs & Intellectual Property Responsibility

When uploading artwork, images, logos, text, or any custom design (“User Content”) for engraving:

  • You confirm that you own the rights to use and reproduce the design OR have obtained proper permission.

  • Legacy Etch assumes no liability for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes arising from customer-provided designs.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Legacy Etch harmless from any claims or damages resulting from unauthorized or infringing designs.

  • By submitting a design, you grant us a non-exclusive right to engrave, reproduce, and use the content solely to fulfill your order.

  • We may refuse or cancel orders containing designs we believe violate IP rights, contain harmful content, or may expose us to legal risk.
