Thank you for choosing Legacy Etch. We take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-engraved products with reliable and timely shipping. Please review our shipping policy below.

📦 Order Processing Time

Most orders are custom-made and require time for engraving and finishing.

Standard Processing Time:

All orders ship within 4 business days.

This includes production time, engraving, packaging, and preparing your item for shipment.

Exceptions:

If an item or material is not currently on hand (for example, specific hat colors, tumblers, or specialty blanks), processing may take additional time.

In that case:
➡️ We will contact you directly via email or text to inform you of the delay
➡️ You will be given the option to:

  • Wait for restock

  • Choose a different color/product

  • Request a cancellation and full refund

We believe in full transparency—no surprises.

🚚 Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on the carrier selected at checkout. Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Options: May be available depending on region

Carrier delays, weather, or holidays may extend delivery times and are outside our control.

🏠 Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.
Legacy Etch is not responsible for orders delivered to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Old or outdated addresses on customer accounts

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.

📬 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package shows as Delivered but was not received, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office.

If a package is lost in transit (shows no movement or goes missing), contact us and we will assist in replacing the item.
